This set is perfect for a daily use. The short and rigid blade of the bird's beak is suitable for any little fruits and vegetables. The curve blade is ideal for removing the seeds or the damage parts of the food. Equipped with a very flexible thin blade, this knife cuts into, removes and trims fish fillets.
