When will my order be delivered?
To allow you to receive your order as soon as possible, sabatier.com chose to work with effective carriers highly experienced in on-line sales and mail order sales (traceability of small parcels, foreign countries, customs…). They are France Express for deliveries in France and FedEx for deliveries abroad. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days depending on the shipping destination. What happens once payment is accepted?
Once your order is registered, you will get a confirmation e-mail (to the e-mail address you entered) with all relevant information of your order. If you specified us particular instructions, they will be taken into account for the preparation of your order (separate shipping address and billing address, possible third person to receive the parcel…). When the parcel is given to the carrier, you will receive a second e-mail confirming the departure of your order.
Can I track my order?
At any moment, you can be informed on the status of your order by clicking on « track my order » at our on line shop sabatier.com or by clicking on the internet link which is in the confirmation of departure e-mail. Please provide the reference of your order and the e-mail address you entered for your purchase.
Can I have a separate billing and shipping address (for a present for example)?
You can of course order knives and have them delivered to an address other than yours. During your on-line purchase, you just have to enter the address where you want your order to be delivered in the part provided. It is called “shipping address”. If you want to receive the invoice of your order to an address other than the delivery one, please fill in the part called “billing address”.
Which packaging for my knives?
Sabatier.com does its best to send parcels in the best conditions possible. The packaging, in which your products will be packed for the delivery, is ergonomic, resistant (reinforced cardboard box, protective smooth inside…), reliable and elegant.

A quality folder wil be included in your parcel. It will give you advice on correctly maintaining your SABATIER Diamant knives.
What will happen if my parcel is damaged, lost, defective, incomplete or not conformed?
To offer you the best delivery conditions possible, sabatier.com chose to work with effective carriers broadly experienced in on line sales and carriage of small parcels (traceability, rigor…). They are France Express for deliveries in France and FedEx for deliveries abroad.
Despite all the cares given to your order (preparation, packaging...), when you receive your purchase, please check the general state of the order and its contents. If your order arrives defective, is damaged or if you do not receive what you expect, please inform the carrier.
